You can't care for other people unless you take care of yourself. Thankfully, "Get You Out" is here to feed parts of yourself that you may have been denying. This invigorating post-breakup song is like the dark side of Nelly Furtado's "I'm Like a Bird." The skittering downtempo breakbeat picks up sounds as it progresses, somberly picked guitar ramping up to an exotic, dubby peak that'll make you forget Jack hit the road.
lyrics
Could be better off, getting there I got a start
Learn to trust my gut, intuition was shut up
And up I go no need to show you, just got to show myself
I is gorgeous, got to adore this, I be good to my soul
Bought a promise ring, not for you it’s all for me
Remind me to be good, serve my hear the way I should
Can’t be this broken toy no longer, not treating myself right
It’s my fault I let it linger past when loving to fights
Get you out, go your way, why you try, no you can’t stay
Bye-bye now, you were gone before, I hope you know now I strong for sure
Feel the heat inside building up it feel alright
A me you may not like, no restraints I cut the ties
I’m feeding all the part of me that I have foolishly denied
It sure it ain’t easy but my god it’s for me and for now I’m doing fine
Get you out, go your way, why you try, no you can’t stay
Bye-bye now, you were gone before, I hope you know now I strong for sure
Elba is a collaboration between producer/engineer Dark Arps (Jon Bierman) and singer/songwriter amsii (Amber Sawicki).
Sawicki's orations elate the body and soul, while her lyrics tap into the zeitgeist of urban decay presently unfolding amidst late-stage capitalism. Her vision imbues Bierman's technically sophisticated techno-tinged breakbeats with an elevated pop sensibility....more

So fleeting, yet at the same time permanent, this is truly music for the digital age. A blistering follow up to the tour de force that was LokiSphere(Part One), Mr. Bierman goes from strength to strength in this dawless, songless, limitless jam series. Razor sharp melodies, tough basslines, chord stacked riffs, it bristles with both tension and optimism. 10/10. Bravo. D.A.O.C. Forever

This is an amazing example of the rich, organic, melodic possibilites of electronic music. One of the few artists I'm putting on the level of Emancipator in the genre. meatnordrink
